Corpers Transolution ("we", "our", or "the Platform") operates a digital interstate transport reservation platform dedicated to National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members, prospective corps members, and interstate commuters across Nigeria. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, utilize, and protect your personal data when you access our web application, register an account, search travel corridors, or complete bus ticket bookings.

2. Information We Collect

To process verified seat reservations and fulfill motor park departure manifests, we collect the following categories of personal data:

• Passenger Identity Data: Full legal name, gender, and contact telephone number required for motor park passenger manifests.
• Account Credentials: Email address and encrypted password for authenticated passenger portal access.
• NYSC Service Information (Optional/Corper-Specific): NYSC State Code and Call-up Number provided during camp batch mobilization to verify corridor eligibility.
• Booking & Trip Data: Selected departure terminal, destination park, scheduled travel date, assigned seat number, and digital Passenger Name Record (PNR) code.
• Technical & Device Information: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, and session tokens utilized for security authentication.

3. Payment Processing via Paystack

All payment transactions on Corpers Transolution are conducted in Nigerian Naira (₦ / NGN) and processed securely through Paystack Payments Limited, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Cardholder Data Protection: Corpers Transolution does not store, capture, or transmit raw debit card numbers, expiration dates, or Card Verification Value (CVV) security codes on our servers. When you complete payment, your card details are submitted directly to Paystack's encrypted vault. We receive and store only transaction references, authorization statuses, and timestamp tokens to verify booking completion.

4. How We Use Your Information

We process personal information strictly for legitimate transport and operational purposes:

• Generating digital boarding passes and assigned seat confirmations.
• Compiling regulatory passenger manifests delivered to departure motor park dispatchers and licensed coach operators.
• Sending transactional booking confirmations, schedule delay notifications, and trip status updates.
• Providing customer support and processing trip transfer requests through our dedicated Support desk.
• Preventing fraudulent ticket bookings and maintaining platform security.

5. Information Sharing with Third Parties

We share passenger information solely as necessary to facilitate your physical journey:

• Licensed Transport Operators: We provide departure manifests (passenger name, seat assignment, and contact phone number) to the transport company operating your scheduled coach to enable terminal check-in, baggage loading, and emergency coordination.
• Payment Gateways: Transaction references shared with Paystack for payment settlement and reconciliation.
• Regulatory Authorities: Where strictly mandated by Nigerian transport regulations or lawful governmental directives.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

6. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical controls to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmissions are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Application databases enforce strict role-based access controls and encrypted storage at rest.

8. Passenger Data Protection Rights (NDPA Principles)

In alignment with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and NDPR data stewardship principles, you retain the right to:

• Request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy thereof.
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate personal information in your passenger profile.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to statutory transport record-keeping requirements.
• Withdraw consent for optional non-essential communications at any time.

Note: Formal statutory data protection audit and regulatory registration with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) remain subject to legal completion prior to commercial deployment.
