Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 2026 • Version 1.0 (Operational Baseline)
These terms define the operational conditions governing ticket bookings, seat allocation, and terminal procedures facilitated through Corpers Transolution. The document represents an engineering draft reflecting currently implemented software behaviors and requires final review by licensed Nigerian commercial legal counsel prior to formal binding enforcement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Corpers Transolution web application, creating an account, or reserving a bus ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Service & Role of the Platform
Corpers Transolution operates as a technology intermediary and digital booking portal. We provide route discovery, seat inventory selection, digital payment processing, and electronic boarding pass issuance connecting passengers with registered, licensed commercial interstate transport operators.
Carrier Responsibility: The physical carriage of passengers, vehicle roadworthiness, baggage handling, driving standards, and terminal gate operations are managed directly by the contracted third-party transport operators departing from recognized motor park terminals.
3. User Accounts & Passenger Eligibility
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal details (including legal name and telephone number) during registration and booking.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account.
- If booking under an NYSC camp corridor discount or specialized schedule, you may be requested to present valid NYSC mobilization documentation (Call-up letter or State Green Card) at the departure terminal.
4. Booking, Seat Selection & Fares
Seat Inventory: Seat selection visualizes available coach seating based on live operator capacity. When you select a seat, it is temporarily reserved for a limited payment window. If payment is not completed before the checkout timer expires, the reservation is automatically released back to public availability.
Fixed Terminal Pricing: All fares are priced in Nigerian Naira (₦ / NGN). Fares are fixed and transparent, eliminating tout exploitation and arbitrary terminal price surcharges. The price displayed during checkout is the final ticket fare.
Payment Settlement: Payments are processed via Paystack. A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment verification and issuance of a Passenger Name Record (PNR).
5. Passenger Responsibilities & Terminal Arrival
- Arrival Timing: Passengers are strongly advised to arrive at the departure motor park terminal at least 30 to 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time to complete physical manifest verification and baggage stowage.
- Boarding Documentation: You must present your valid digital boarding pass (or printed ticket copy) and matching photo identification to the terminal dispatcher.
- Code of Conduct: Passengers must adhere to lawful motor park rules, vehicle safety guidelines, and courteous conduct toward drivers and fellow passengers.
6. Luggage Policy & Cargo Guidelines
Baggage allowances are determined and enforced directly by individual commercial transport operators and departure terminal authorities. Standard industry practice generally accommodates one primary travel luggage piece (such as a standard camp trunk or suitcase) plus one personal carry-on bag, subject to vehicle boot space. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, unauthorized firearms, and contraband are strictly prohibited. Commercial cargo or oversized luggage must be declared directly to terminal dispatchers and may attract supplemental park loading charges governed by the carrier.
7. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
In accordance with commercial interstate road transport policies in Nigeria, confirmed and paid bus tickets are non-refundable. For full details on booking transfers to alternative departure dates and operator-initiated postponements, please review our detailed Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Nigerian law, Corpers Transolution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from highway traffic delays, road condition disruptions, weather impediments, third-party carrier vehicle breakdowns, or baggage loss occurring during physical transit.
9. Support & Dispute Resolution
